How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  2. Include "Refund Request" in the subject line
  3. Provide your order number or email used for purchase

We will process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your request. Funds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Instant 15-Minute Refund

If your Round 1 dispute letter is not delivered to your inbox within 60 seconds of purchase, you are eligible for an instant refund—no questions asked.

What Happens After a Refund?

After issuing a refund:

  • Your access to the FederalClear dashboard will remain active
  • You may keep all downloaded materials and letters
  • You will not be charged again
  • Your email will be removed from our mailing list (unless you opt to stay)

Refund Exceptions

The only exception to our 90-day guarantee is for:

  • Fraudulent purchases or chargebacks
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Misuse of the product for illegal purposes
